In this section, I will
report about my experiences in several hotels of all major hotel
chains. Due to my satus in the Frequent Guest Programms I am focused
on IHG, Starwood and Hilton, but I have also had stays in hotels of
the Marriott, Accor and SRS Worldhotels chains. I also will give you
links to other pages in the World Wide Web, where you can read about
the stay of several hotels and also see some photos taken by
guests.
You see, my stays are in hotels ranking from one star
to a five star hotel, so you have the wide range of all different
types of hotels, budget to luxurious.
My reports will contain of
two parts, one part which a description about the hotel and the
location, the features of the hotel like pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, etc., and a second part of the room I got. If I have stayed more
than one time in a hotel, I report about this stay too, especially,
if it is another room-categorie or just a different room interior.
From my experience in the past, a stay on one day could be different
from a stay a week later due to attitude of staff, other guest,
change in status of Guest Programm or many other reason, the hotel is
or is not responsible for.
As I have written I am member of
some Frequent Guest Programms. To give you an overview, I have
summarized the different type of levels in the chains before each
chain.
Below you will find a table sorted by date (some sort
of agenda), but you will find also my stays sorted by chain and
location.
