Denver International Airport

I had some coke, eat some pretzels and worked at this trip report during my layover in Denver. It is one of the nicer Red Carpet Clubs with some nice views to the tarmac. Weather was not that bad and it was partly sunny and partly cloudy with some very light snow.

I headed for the gate; where the boarding process was begin to start in ten minutes at 13.25. It seems they were looking for one of their flight attendants and therefore the flight was slightly delayed.

Boarding begun at 13.40 with First Class passengers, 1K’s and global services. But it seems nobody really cared about it. Hand luggage was collected at the doors to the aircraft.

The flight was full and I stored my laptop under the seat in front of me.
Before we were pushed back the safety demonstration was done. We were pushed back at 13:55 and taxied to the runway. We finally took off at 14:15 and the captain had announced a flying time of 1:36 minutes.

Once airborne the flight attendants prepared for the beverage service in the cabin, which started app. 15 minutes after take off in the First Class Cabin.

Though seat pitch was very narrow back in the normal Economy cabin, I was able to work on my trip report and keep it up to date at this moment and continued one of my stay reports.

The flights were a bit bumpy right at the beginning as we took off in Denver and during flight. As we began our final approach into SAT it was again bumpy and we touch down really hard at 16:57. It was only a short taxiing to our gate, but we had to wait several minutes before we could deboard. Hand luggage was delivered at the aircraft, but we had to wait app five minutes before it finally was delivered trolley after trolley As usual my trolley was among the last and at this time it was 17:13 at I finally leaved the plane. But all hurry was not necessary; my next flight was delayed for two hours because of the snow in the Chicago area.
